Job Summary
Experienced marketing operations leaders will find a full-time salaried Head of Marketing Operations opportunity, responsible for steering a data-driven and AI-powered marketing strategy, managing the MarTech stack, and leading a high-performing team, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Own the marketing technology stack, including tool selection, implementation, and integration, ensuring seamless data flow
- Steer the AI and automation roadmap, enabling marketers to adopt AI tools for workflow efficiency
- Manage lead lifecycle workflows and collaborate with Sales Operations to refine the conversion path from MQL to revenue
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years in Marketing Operations or related functions within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience leading and developing Operations teams
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot-Salesforce integration and MarTech ecosystems
- Experience applying AI and automation in marketing contexts
- Strong skills in data management, integrations, and marketing analytics
