Job Summary

Leading the modernization of foundational survey-based datasets, the full-time Head of Measurement Science will oversee a team of scientists and researchers, balancing historical data integrity with innovative methodologies in a remote role based in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Modernize legacy datasets while maintaining research quality and client trust
• Direct complex data integration projects and establish rigorous research standards
• Advise clients on transitioning to modern measurement strategies and serve as a thought leader in the industry

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data Science, Measurement Science, or Research Methods, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of evolving legacy survey-based products into modern integrated data assets
• Expertise in survey sampling design, data fusion, and working with large-scale population datasets
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Economics
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences
