Job Summary
To build a durable, multi-platform media business around a personal brand, the full-time Head of Media will manage a content production team, oversee flagship long-form content, and develop owned audience infrastructure, all while operating remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a content production team, including editors, clippers, writers, and producers
- Own a flagship long-form format that serves as the foundation for all short-form content
- Engineer the mechanism that converts content into qualified investor and talent conversations
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in building and scaling a personal or executive brand
- Direct experience managing a content production team
- Track record of running a flagship long-form content format
- Experience in building owned-audience infrastructure
- Proven ability to convert content into measurable leads or talent pipelines
