Key Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends and monitor competitor offerings in healthcare and medical communications
• Translate market insights into new product offerings and support commercialization strategies
• Foster a culture of innovation by leading pilot programs and educating teams on emerging trends

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Healthcare/MedComms strategy, with at least 3 years in digital transformation or AI integration
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of healthcare engagement models and relevant tech ecosystems
• Experience in developing new offerings or solutions within an agency or consultancy
• Ability to guide teams in adopting modern workflows and digital-first mindsets
