Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of a direct-to-audience strategy, the full-time Head of Memberships will design, launch, and scale recurring revenue products for Electrify's creator portfolio while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design membership propositions and lead the end-to-end launch of products, focusing on audience engagement and retention
- Oversee the newsletter strategy and develop monetization strategies for audience growth across creator brands
- Own the P&L performance of membership and community products, ensuring commercial success and sustainability
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in building or operating membership, subscription, or community businesses
- Strong understanding of audience retention and lifecycle strategy
- Experience scaling newsletters and owned audience channels
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
