Head of Merchandise

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Merch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, focusing on inventory turnover, fulfillment costs, and vendor relationships
• Analyze pricing, margins, and metrics to refine strategy and drive sustainable growth while balancing the P&L
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to integrate merchandising into brand campaigns and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing an e-commerce and merchandise operation of $1M ARR
• Experience in building merchandise operations and sales strategies from the ground up
• 2+ years of experience in metrics reporting within online merchandising, including managing a P&L
• Deep understanding of brand needs, merchandising, and manufacturing relationships
• Experience with Amazon Storefronts, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms
