Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing and implementing the annual business plan, ensuring alignment and understanding across leadership
• Act as a senior leader for clients, making decisions on escalated issues and monitoring daily production commitments
• Own budget planning, manage operational workflows, and identify areas for improvement within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, including 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in analytical and data-driven decision-making processes
