Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing and implementing annual business plans while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and maintaining high service standards
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience with client meetings and maintaining a professional demeanor
