Head of Money Out Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to implement the annual business plan and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Serve as a senior decision maker for escalated client issues and drive operational service commitments
• Develop and manage budgets, operational workflows, and improvement plans for the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Experience in client meetings with a professional demeanor
