Key Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, readiness, and evolution of new solutions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned with multidisciplinary care priorities
• Collaborate with various teams to translate clinical needs into measurable outcomes and track success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or digital health
• Experience in bringing new products or platforms to market in competitive environments
• Direct P&L management experience of $250M+ is preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics and clinical delivery models
• Proven ability to scale initiatives and manage complex cross-functional outcomes
