Head of Narrative

Job Summary

To shape the brand's identity through compelling storytelling, the remote Head of Narrative will define the long-term narrative, restructure teams, and lead high-production projects while rebuilding trust within the gaming community.

Key responsibilities

• Set the long-term narrative and identity for the brand, connecting content, productions, and community work into a coherent story
• Lead and restructure teams behind content, brand, and communications, fostering collaboration across departments
• Oversee the development of high-production concepts and manage projects end-to-end, including budgeting and talent coordination

Required qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in content, brand, entertainment, or communications, with a focus on building or restructuring functions
• Proven track record in high-end video production, particularly in esports or digital entertainment
• Experience developing original entertainment formats rather than just campaigns
• Background in managing reputational challenges or crisis communications, especially in online-native communities
• Strong understanding of gaming and creator culture, with familiarity in Counter-Strike/CS2 being a plus
