Job Summary

Head of North America Staffing is a full-time leadership role responsible for driving growth and profitability across North America Staffing, with full P&L accountability and a focus on sales strategy, client relationships, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performance, people-first culture focused on accountability and talent development
  • Own and evolve the North America sales strategy, driving new business growth and margin expansion
  • Manage full P&L responsibilities and leverage data to drive operational decisions and business health
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 20+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in staffing or B2B services
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex revenue portfolios and P&L responsibilities exceeding $1B
  • Experience in navigating both growth and turnaround cycles in the staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of the North American staffing landscape and client buying behavior
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
