Head of Nutrition Human Resources

Job Summary

As a strategic leader in a hybrid working environment, the full-time Head of Nutrition Human Resources will oversee HR operations across multiple locations, managing employee relations, labor negotiations, and workforce initiatives to support business objectives and cultivate a high-performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of HR strategies, including employee engagement, labor relations, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement talent strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and operational excellence
• Analyze employee engagement data and develop strategies to address gaps and improve workplace culture

Required qualifications

• Ten years of related human resources experience, with at least five years in a leadership role within a unionized manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR management, Psychology, or Business; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in labor relations practices and legal requirements
• Strong ability to establish effective relationships with management, union representatives, and employees
• Experience in developing and executing programs that align with business objectives and enhance operational performance
