A company is looking for a Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Further the company's mission of affordable, accessible whole person care, with a focus on women's health
• Develop strategic vision and tactical plans for Operations
• Build and lead operational teams, optimize processes, and oversee project implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in managing day-to-day operations effectively
• Expertise in building and managing remote teams
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
• Proven experience in facilitating executive-level discussions and decisions
• Medical licensure such as Registered Nurse or other medical background is a plus
