Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations (Research).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run the operating system, ensuring alignment of tools, technology, and culture for accountability and decision-making
• Manage and direct the project portfolio by facilitating and monitoring key company projects
• Monitor and report performance metrics and key performance indicators for analysis and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an operations leader in a fast-moving organization
• Experience in establishing and being accountable for key metrics across an organization
• Proven experience in program or cross-departmental project management
• Ability to cultivate relationships and communicate effectively
• Experience in evaluating business needs and implementing new solutions
