Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations to drive strategic excellence in a rapidly scaling B2B and B2B2C platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across a digital booking platform for travel, VIP experiences, and premium retail
• Support and grow a cross-functional team to deliver high-value rewards and engagement
• Develop scalable operating frameworks at the intersection of travel, fintech, loyalty, and entertainment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience in high-growth technology or platform-based businesses
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L ownership
• Experience scaling multi-sided marketplaces with complex inventory management
• Strong vendor and partner management experience at scale
• Proficiency with modern operations tech stacks, CRM systems, and BI tools
