Head of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations to drive revenue growth and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the revenue engine, ensuring forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
• Manage sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering to achieve revenue goals
• Reduce gross churn and improve net revenue retention while scaling operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience scaling SaaS companies with ARR between $5M-$25M
• Proven ability to clean up messy CRMs and implement effective forecasting systems
• Demonstrated success in reducing churn in usage-based SaaS environments
• Experience working directly with founders and driving operational improvements
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scrappy environment rather than polished enterprises
