Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize strategic priorities by developing scalable operating models and performance measures
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure process excellence
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration to align operational practices and governance structures across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business transformation, or enterprise management
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership roles within large organizations
• Demonstrated success in building SOPs and governance structures in complex environments
• Strong understanding of finance, people operations, technology, and compliance in mission-driven organizations
• Exceptional ability to translate strategy into execution and drive stakeholder alignment
