Job Summary

Leading operational execution and client deployment, the full-time Head of Operations will manage day-to-day operations across the platform while ensuring compliance and operational discipline in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead operational execution across implementations, onboarding, and client launches
  • Own deployment execution and operational coordination for various client types
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of debt collection regulations and support audit readiness
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of operational leadership experience in collections, healthcare revenue cycle, or regulated servicing environments
  • Strong understanding of debt collection regulations and operational compliance requirements
  • Experience managing operational teams and client delivery functions
  • Proven ability to operate in high-volume servicing environments
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and contact center technologies preferred
