Job Summary
Leading operational execution and client deployment, the full-time Head of Operations will manage day-to-day operations across the platform while ensuring compliance and operational discipline in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational execution across implementations, onboarding, and client launches
- Own deployment execution and operational coordination for various client types
- Maintain strong working knowledge of debt collection regulations and support audit readiness
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of operational leadership experience in collections, healthcare revenue cycle, or regulated servicing environments
- Strong understanding of debt collection regulations and operational compliance requirements
- Experience managing operational teams and client delivery functions
- Proven ability to operate in high-volume servicing environments
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and contact center technologies preferred
