Job Summary

Leading operational excellence in a fast-paced agency environment, the full-time salaried Head of Operations will architect and optimize systems, oversee project management, and drive organizational strategy, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in New York.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's vision into operational frameworks and oversee agency-wide strategy, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Architect and implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency and clarity across all operations
• Build and lead the project management function, ensuring high performance and integration within account teams

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within a communications, PR, or marketing services agency
• Proven track record of building and leading a project management function effectively
• Experience in designing operational infrastructure in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and performance reporting
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in operational processes
