Head of Operations

Job Summary

Leading a multi-disciplinary team, the full-time Head of Operations will drive the operational strategy and ensure efficient, scalable banking operations while working remotely from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability and regulatory compliance
• Oversee core operational functions, including payment processing, treasury operations, and reconciliations, ensuring high standards of quality and control
• Lead process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and implement standardized operating procedures

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within a regulated financial services environment (Fintech, Banking, or Wealth Management)
• Proven track record of leading and scaling operational functions, including Payments and Treasury
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and successful implementation of automation
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for financial institutions, including AML compliance
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
