Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Head of Operations, the full-time independent contractor will revolutionize the supply chain by overseeing manufacturing processes, global factory networks, and customer service, all while leveraging data and AI to drive operational efficiencies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize a factory network and manufacturing process to redefine industry standards
• Act as a cross-functional engine, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to enhance workflows
• Evaluate and implement AI and automation tools to drive operational efficiencies and track KPIs

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of operational leadership experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce platforms, or tech-forward supply chain companies
• Proven experience at the intersection of complex physical operations and modern technology/SaaS
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and define complex KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing, distributed teams
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
