• 15+ years of leadership experience in operations, technology, or product management
• Proven track record of building scalable technology systems and workflow automation
• Deep knowledge of fund administration operations and regulatory landscape
• Experience in cybersecurity strategy and execution in regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
