A company is looking for a Head of Operations - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operations strategy to achieve strategic priorities and enhance client and advisor experiences
• Establish and measure key operating metrics and service level agreements to drive performance
• Recruit, develop, and sustain a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in a related field preferred
• Appropriate licensing for financial services operations oversight
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations
• Broad knowledge of financial services industry and product operations
• Proven track record in standardization, process improvement, and collaboration
