Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations - North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of regional plans in North America
Identify and lead critical GTM initiatives to drive performance in the region
Develop business cases for key initiatives supported with rigorous commercial modeling

Qualifications:

7-10 years experience in operational teams supporting sales and marketing functions
Experience in developing and driving annual business plans, commercial modeling, and reporting
Expertise in commercial modeling of new and current initiatives in a SaaS/technology environment
Proven ability to drive results within complex, multi-functional programs driving sales results
Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize opportunities to drive strategic growth
