Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Packaging, Global Manufacturing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3-5 year global packaging strategy to support sustainability goals
• Lead packaging reliability and validation using industry standards and engineering data
• Oversee kitting operations and manage compliance with global packaging regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• 10 years of experience in packaging-centric roles preferred
• Experience managing 3PL/4PL relationships and knowledge of packaging flow impacts
