Head of Paid AEO

Job Summary

To build and lead a new service line, the full-time remote Head of Paid AEO will establish Graphite's Paid AEO practice starting with ChatGPT Ads, expand offerings into various paid channels, and drive client engagement and team growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Paid AEO practice, beginning with ChatGPT Ads
• Expand services to include paid search, paid social, YouTube, and affiliates
• Lead client presentations and strategy discussions, showcasing case studies and insights

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in paid media leadership, with a proven track record of results
• Experience in building a channel, function, or team from the ground up
• Strong executive presence and ability to secure and maintain large accounts
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to new challenges
• Proficiency in growth marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMRush
