- Own and evolve the Paid Media service roadmap based on client needs and market trends

Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Paid Media, including programmatic
- 5+ years of leadership experience in an agency or client-services environment
- Strong ecommerce and omni-channel ecosystem experience
- Proven ability to scale a team or function sustainably
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment and operational improvements
