Job Summary

Leading the Field Partner Operations team, the full-time Head of Partner Operations will manage a group of embedded operators to drive planning, performance, and cross-functional coordination across regions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the FPO operating model and translate strategy into actionable plans for the team
• Hire, coach, and develop FPO Managers, fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration
• Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities, informing leadership decisions and improving operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in partner operations, GTM operations, or business operations in enterprise SaaS
• 3+ years of experience managing senior operational or strategy professionals
• Proven ability to create structure from ambiguity and define measurable outcomes
• Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on evidence-based decision-making
• Genuine interest in AI and automation to enhance team efficiency
