Job Summary

Leading the analytics team remotely, the full-time Head of Partnership Analytics will define business strategies, oversee product analytics, and ensure data-driven decision-making to support the growth of the third-party agent business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define and quantify key business drivers across the agent journey, providing rigorous answers to leadership's strategic questions
  • Establish a systematic approach to agent product analytics, including testing, measurement, and feature development
  • Develop and maintain core data foundations to ensure accurate commission calculations and comprehensive lifecycle activity measurement
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems using first-principles thinking
  • Strong proficiency in business and product analytics, including SQL and experimentation methodologies
  • Experience in building data foundations and improving data quality at scale
  • Preferred background in B2B2C environments, with exposure to fintech, marketplaces, or insurance sectors
