Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Partnerships & Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the partner ecosystem and affiliate channel strategy
• Build and scale the affiliate channel, including recruitment and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ARR, expansion, and retention through partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem, or strategic growth roles
• Proven experience in building partner ecosystems or affiliate programs at scale
• Strong understanding of SMB software stacks and business services
• Experience with revenue-sharing and affiliate monetization models
• Data-driven mindset focused on key performance metrics like ARR and NRR
