Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership within SaaS or cloud technology
• Proven success in building and scaling partner programs that drive measurable outcomes globally
• Deep experience with hyperscalers, systems integrators, technology partners, and reseller models
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in hiring and developing high-performing teams in a growth-stage environment
