Head of Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and scale a strategic ecosystem of industry partners across pharma delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the partnership thesis and convert relationships into signed deals
• Structure complex agreements and navigate stakeholder maps
• Drive activation post-signature and align internal leadership on partnership priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, healthcare technology, or pharma services
• Proven track record of structuring and closing impactful partnerships
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
