Head of Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Partnerships to develop and execute a global partnerships program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the global partnerships strategy across various partner types
• Source, recruit, and manage strategic partners, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing support
• Build and manage a partner-driven pipeline, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the data ecosystem with data technology platforms or data services partners
• At least 5 years of experience in partnerships and/or sales roles
• Experience in early-stage startups (Seed - Series A) and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to build relationship networks within complex partner organizations
• Ownership mindset and high accountability with the ability to work autonomously
