Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a global partner strategy anchored in New York City
• Source, structure, and close strategic partnerships across crypto-native firms
• Drive partner-led pipeline through referral and co-sell motions, focusing on institutional relationships

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years in partnerships, business development, alliances, or relationship management
• 3-4+ years in crypto with a pre-existing network in the NYC institutional crypto space
• Background or strong familiarity with accounting, audit, or advisory
• Strong executive communication skills to represent the company confidently
• High ownership, pace, and a track record of delivering commercial results
