Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead the partnerships function and expand distribution through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a partner strategy and prioritized portfolio across tech partners and agencies
  • Build and scale a channel program that enhances partner-sourced pipeline and implementation capacity
  • Operationalize partner motions, including co-sell plays and partner marketing, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in building partnerships programs that yield measurable business outcomes
  • Strong people leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with the modern data and analytics ecosystem
  • Experience with SI and agency ecosystems to recruit and enable partners
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering
