Job Summary

Driving the evolution of a global ecosystem, the full-time Head of Partnerships will architect and manage a Channel Partner Program while cultivating strategic alliances with industry leaders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and manage a tiered Channel Partner Program to incentivize growth and technical competency
  • Create a comprehensive "Partner Playbook" for onboarding, sales training, and co-marketing assets
  • Identify and recruit tier-one strategic partners while developing joint value propositions for complex alliances
Required qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in Channel Management or Alliances within Cloud, IaaS, or Software-Defined Storage sectors
  • Proven ability to transition from strategic planning to detailed execution
  • Experience working with diverse partner types across multiple regions
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of virtualization technologies and hyperconverged infrastructure
