Job Summary
To build and scale a global partner ecosystem that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Head of Partnerships will develop relationships with various strategic partners while managing the commercial partnership strategy and execution in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner-sourced revenue and pipeline targets, creating repeatable processes for measurable outcomes
- Develop and manage relationships with HR providers, payroll platforms, and other strategic partners to expand Pebl's reach
- Design and execute co-marketing and partner enablement programs to maximize partner-driven opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development within SaaS, HR technology, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in building revenue-generating partnership programs and negotiating complex agreements
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Strong commercial instincts with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through partnerships
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills
