Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Payer Sales to lead and scale their payer sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and coach a team of Payer Sales Executives to achieve revenue goals
- Operationalize the payer go-to-market strategy, including sales playbooks and coverage models
- Forecast and report on team performance to inform leadership decisions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development
- At least 4+ years of experience leading a high-performing sales team
- Proven track record in building and managing sales organizations, preferably in health or wellness
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
- Data-driven with strong command of sales metrics and forecasting
