Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and overall product strategy in collaboration with executive leadership

• Conduct market analysis and refine product positioning to maximize financial performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years as a Lead Product Manager
• Proven ability to define metrics and ensure growth through project launches
• Experience in developing product plans for 12-24 months ahead
• Ability to manage cross-departmental relationships and resolve interdepartmental difficulties
• Experience in initiating and implementing cultural changes within an organization
