Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Payments to oversee and elevate its end-to-end payments function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to optimize acceptance, performance, and efficiency across a $1.5B annual acquiring portfolio
• Chair the cross-functional Payments Team and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and card networks
• Define and execute a comprehensive payments acceptance strategy focused on performance, cost reduction, and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in payments acceptance and optimizing innovative consumer payment types
• Experience negotiating and managing complex payments contracts with major card networks and processors
• Ability to pioneer acceptance roadmaps for strategic alternative payment methods
• Extensive experience with payment technologies and capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in managing payment dispute processes
