Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People to design, build, and lead the People function.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior People leader and trusted advisor to the executive team
- Own recruiting strategy end to end across various departments
- Design and implement formal compensation and performance management frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of People leadership experience in high growth startups
- Prior experience as a first or early Head of People or senior People leader
- Deep experience scaling teams rapidly at the Series A-C stage
- Strong command of recruiting, compensation, performance management, and People Ops
- Proven ability to partner with executives and influence without bureaucracy
