Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People to design, build, and lead the People function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior People leader and trusted advisor to the executive team
  • Own recruiting strategy end to end across various departments
  • Design and implement formal compensation and performance management frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of People leadership experience in high growth startups
  • Prior experience as a first or early Head of People or senior People leader
  • Deep experience scaling teams rapidly at the Series A-C stage
  • Strong command of recruiting, compensation, performance management, and People Ops
  • Proven ability to partner with executives and influence without bureaucracy
