Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People to lead its people strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a People strategy aligned with organizational priorities and equity commitments
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, talent attraction strategies, and change management initiatives
  • Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 7+ years in senior HR leadership roles
  • Nonprofit experience and experience serving as a strategic HR leader reporting to executive leadership
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading HR and Talent teams
  • Strong HRIS and people analytics experience
  • Experience integrating equity and inclusion strategies into HR planning
