Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People to manage all aspects of Human Resources and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including compensation, employee relations, and scalable program implementation
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals
• Provide coaching to managers and employees for leadership development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing scalable HR solutions like compensation and performance management systems
• Ability to build consensus and create detailed implementation plans
• High ethical standards and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Preferred certifications include SHRM or PHR; experience in managing IT resources is a plus
