Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People to lead and build their people strategy, drive organizational excellence, and partner with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Align people initiatives with business objectives to enable growth and operational efficiency
- Own, build, and scale core people functions including People Ops, Recruiting, and Compliance
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen managerial capability and foster accountability
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, with at least 2+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- Demonstrated success in building people functions from 0 to 1 in fast growth organizations
- Hands-on leader capable of balancing strategic and tactical work
- Understanding of systems theory and ability to translate business goals into People strategies
- Company-first mindset prioritizing organizational goals over individual objectives
