Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People to lead and execute the full People function.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full People function, including Operations, Talent & Recruiting, and Culture & Engagement
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, aligning People strategy with business goals
Lead and develop a high-impact People team while evolving performance frameworks and compensation strategies

Required Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in People/HR with leadership partner experience
Proven track record of building impactful people programs
Experience supporting fully remote, globally distributed teams
Experience scaling a People function in a company with 100-500 employees
Ability to operate at the executive level and present people data to leadership
