Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People to lead and execute the full People function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full People function, including Operations, Talent & Recruiting, and Culture & Engagement
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, aligning People strategy with business goals
- Lead and develop a high-impact People team while evolving performance frameworks and compensation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in People/HR with leadership partner experience
- Proven track record of building impactful people programs
- Experience supporting fully remote, globally distributed teams
- Experience scaling a People function in a company with 100-500 employees
- Ability to operate at the executive level and present people data to leadership
