Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end team member lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and retention
- Coach leaders to improve effectiveness and ensure clarity and structure in performance and team health
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent management, organizational design, and change management
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in People, Culture, or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in small to mid-sized, high-growth organizations
- Strong business acumen and operational rigor
- Experience with core HR functions and change management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
