Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end team member lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and retention
  • Coach leaders to improve effectiveness and ensure clarity and structure in performance and team health
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent management, organizational design, and change management
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in People, Culture, or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in small to mid-sized, high-growth organizations
  • Strong business acumen and operational rigor
  • Experience with core HR functions and change management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
