Job Summary
Leading talent and people strategy in a full-time remote role, the Head of People will oversee Recruiting and People Operations, build a world-class recruiting function, and evolve broader people programs for a globally distributed organization of over 150 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a recruiting strategy to support significant organizational growth while maintaining talent density
- Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development
- Develop metrics and reporting to improve visibility into hiring performance and organizational health
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations within high-growth technology companies
- Strong recruiting experience, particularly in technical organizations
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Proven ability to partner directly with executives on talent and organizational decisions
- Experience building AI-enabled recruiting or people workflows
