Head of People and Organization

Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Head of People and Organization, responsible for overseeing organizational design, talent strategy, and individual effectiveness to ensure the company has the right people and structure to achieve its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organizational architecture, continuously evaluating and diagnosing structural effectiveness and recommending interventions
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies and talent management processes to enhance employee capability and performance
• Design communication systems and norms that foster a culture of excellence and effective feedback within the organization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive People or HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Director or Head-of-People role
• Proven track record in organizational design and implementing effective training or coaching programs
• Experience building People systems from scratch in startup or high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in AI applications relevant to human resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
