Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a 3-year people strategy aligned with company objectives, including workforce planning and organizational design
• Coach leadership teams and enhance performance management systems while launching development tools for managers
• Oversee global compensation structures and ensure compliance with regional employment laws and practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience in enterprise software or tech-enabled services across multiple countries
• Experience in building or scaling People functions during high growth, M&A, or carve-outs
• Proven track record in implementing global grading and reward frameworks, HRIS, and people analytics
• Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance across the UK, Ireland, US, and Japan
• Demonstrated coaching capability with executives and credibility with Board/Investors
