Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a 3-year people strategy aligned with company objectives, including workforce planning and organizational design
- Coach leadership teams and enhance performance management systems while launching development tools for managers
- Oversee global compensation structures and ensure compliance with regional employment laws and practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience in enterprise software or tech-enabled services across multiple countries
- Experience in building or scaling People functions during high growth, M&A, or carve-outs
- Proven track record in implementing global grading and reward frameworks, HRIS, and people analytics
- Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance across the UK, Ireland, US, and Japan
- Demonstrated coaching capability with executives and credibility with Board/Investors
